STAUNTON - Parents and family members are always in for a treat when Marthee Rizzi's kindergarten class puts on a play, and this year was no exception.

The kindergarten class puts on a play ever year, inviting family and friends to watch the children in action.

The children demonstrate a little of what they've learned about spring, and have a good time while doing it.

This year's play was on Wednesday, May 23, and dealt with the season of Spring, with the children taking on the roles of rain drops, thunder, lightning, bees, and even flowers.

The children enjoyed performing for their friends and family members, getting a chance to show off and have a little fun while they were at it.

It is important to teach children to have fun learning, and the play was a great way to accomplish that.
