Dedication ceremonies for the beautiful new Duda Garden at 205 N. Union St., which will also serve as the Trail Head for the proposed ITS Trail, will begin at 12:30 p.m. on June 2, and last about 45 minutes.

This beautiful new facility is Staunton’s Downtown City Park and was made possible through the generosity of the late Leroy Duda and many other civic minded members of the community, who will be acknowledged at this event.

Arrangements for the dedication festivities are being coordinated by the Duda Garden Committee with assistance from the Tourism Committee of the Staunton City Council and the ITS Trail Committee. Several persons who were instrumental in obtaining funding for the project will be guest speakers.

Members of the entire community and surrounding area are invited to attend this historic event.
